Guest Speaker- Lynn Englund, VP of Twin cities Cohousing Network
Join members and friends of Cedar Cohousing, a new Twin Cities cohousing initiative, to consider density questions as they look for land, settle on an architect, and choose a developer.

• How does the cohousing model effect density for housing developments?  
• ​What kind of density do you want in your project?
• How much land does your group need to buy? 

Cohousing is an intentional community of individual condos and/or homes designed alongside various shared common spaces to promote connection and encourage more sustainable living. 

Lynn Englund is interested in how people organize social interactions and communities to promote health through the lifespan. She has taught graduate students in the parent and family education program at the University of Minnesota, and has provided leadership in the Twin Cities Cohousing Network, a non-profit 501 c (3) organization that promotes the development of cohousing.
