Attend an informational session and/or social event to learn about our project first-hand and get the latest updates. Meet current members and explorers. |

3. Become an Explorer |
There is an Explorer fee to become a contributing participant in the Cedar Cohousing project. Get involved in a decision-making Circle group regarding the design, site selection, marketing, governance, and/or community building efforts. Pitch in to ensure the success of our project. |

5. Participate in Monthly Meetings |
Attend monthly member meetings to stay abreast of developments and provide input toward our consensus-based, participatory decision-making. Only members vote on key issues. |
Meet with two or more members to review Member Responsibilities & Expectations. Discuss duties of membership - there is a commitment of time & money. Learn about community structure. We’re here to answer your questions and walk you through it. |

After reviewing our operating agreement and other documents, meeting Cedar members, and you have decided that an intentional urban community is for you, we will answer your questions and ask you complete the member application. |
