Cedar Cohousing LLC aspires to create a multi-generational urban community that fosters a lively and participatory social atmosphere, environmental stewardship, and healthy living. Members of our emerging community are developing and planning the project through democratic principles of mutual decision-making and problem solving, and eventually will manage our homeowners’ association
